The year 2025 marked another milestone in Muazzam Foundation’s ongoing journey of service and compassion. Guided by our vision of uplifting underprivileged communities across Pakistan, we expanded our efforts in healthcare, education, disaster relief, and social welfare.
From organizing free medical camps and distributing essential aid to supporting children’s education and empowering families with livelihood opportunities, every project reflected our unwavering commitment to humanity.
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, thousands of individuals benefited from our initiatives throughout Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In collaboration with Al-Shifa Eye Hospital, this two-day camp will offer:

Torrential rains and flash floods have devastated communities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan, leaving families homeless, farmland destroyed, and lives at risk. Entire villages are submerged, with thousands in urgent need of shelter, food, clean water, and medical aid.
Many have lost everything overnight – their homes, livelihoods, and means of survival. Children and the elderly are especially vulnerable, facing hunger, disease, and displacement.

Sadly, not every Muslim community is fortunate enough to have access to a nearby Mosque with all the necessary facilities and amenities.
Muazzam Foundation is on a mission to change that, as we work in remote, isolated, and impoverished communities providing access to their very own Mosque.

Sadly, losing a parent or both means access to education, the protection of shelter, the sustenance of nutritious meals and the chance for a secure future all become an impossible dream. We provide orphaned children a safe place to grow and develop, nutritious food, clothing, education, medical aid and most importantly, unconditional love and affection.

Gift of Water
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “The best charity is giving water to drink” [Ahmad] and he was the most generous in giving charity.
Over 21 million people in Pakistan still have no choice but to drink dirty contaminated water. No access to clean drinking water increases the risk of major outbreaks of waterborne diseases which take thousands of lives. Children and families have to travel hours to find clean drinking water.
Providing clean water is a beautiful act of Sadaqah Jariyah, as every drop helps to save and transform lives across generations for years to come.
We are on the ground in remote areas of Pakistan installing water wells, pumps and reverse osmosis systems, helping communities to thrive again and save lives.

About Us
Muazzam Foundation is a non-profit organisation, founded over two decades ago in Jhelum, Pakistan. We pride ourselves on being a unique foundation that provides a vast array of both life-saving and psychosocial support in Pakistan. The foundation provides the vulnerable, poor and destitute with basic physiological and safety needs including food, water, shelter, clothing, education and healthcare, as well as belongingness and esteem needs including love, respect, strength and freedom. We ensure individuals are cared for in all aspects of life from obtaining qualifications/skills for employment to providing advice and guidance on methods to develop as fully functioning individuals of thriving communities.
We have many simultaneous ongoing projects such as our sixty-plus bed state-of-the-art, recently opened, welfare hospital proving cutting-edge healthcare and medical treatment, institutions that help cater for every aspect of orphans, children with special needs, and the empowerment of women with essential skills to gain independence and self-sustainability. Moreover, we offer a multitude of successfully established projects including providing clean water and sanitation to prevent life-threatening illnesses, the feeding of thousands of families through Ramadan and Qurbani, sanitation and cleaning services to reduce carbon footprint and supporting local poor residents with the opportunity to start small businesses with interest-free loans.
Most notably – we have a 100% DONATION POLICY, meaning each and every penny donated goes towards the noble cause. In our foundation family, we are all volunteers!

How Your Donations Are Spent
Every penny that is donated is given directly to those in need.
At Muazzam Foundation, we pride ourselves on our strict 100% DONATION POLICY.
Our operating expenses are funded entirely through Gift Aid meaning all of your donation goes onwards to your chosen appeal/project.
What Is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a way for us to increase the value of your donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, we can claim back the tax you paid on your donations. This means that for every £1 you donate, we can get an extra 25p from the government.
For example, if you donate £100, we can claim an additional £25 in Gift Aid, making the total value of your donation £125.
To be able to claim Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and pay enough tax. If you are eligible and want to Gift Aid your donation, just let us know and we will take care of the rest. Your generosity will help us even more.

Their mission is to provide global humanitarian aid, relief and development with sincerity and compassion whilst saving lives, alleviating poverty, transforming and empowering local communities to ensure well-being and protection of the poor, needy and vulnerable.
To date As-Salaam Humanitarian Foundation has taken care of the poor and needy globally in many countries including Yemen, Tanzania, Indonesia, Somalia, Syria, Palestine, Bangladesh, Uyghur, Uganda, Beirut, India, Burma, Palestine and the UK.
They too have a 100% DONATION POLICY.
Blackburn UK Trust is a non-profit organisation that helps to provide aid and relief to the poor and needy around the world.
Their mission is to help individuals and communities to become self-sufficient through various projects that promote sustainable economic and social development. They hope that their humble efforts will provide a better quality of life for the current and future generations.
They also provide relief in cases of emergency such as earthquakes and floods. Their work cannot be done without the contributions and prayers of their dedicated team and donors.
The Ashrafi Study Centre are located in Blackburn and provide Islamic education. They aim to empower communities in Pakistan, fight food insecurity, and operate clean water and sanitation projects.
